I think it looks nice overall, actually, maybe nice is a bit strong, but the design is decent. It just feels kind of plain to me

"Still going strong, no leaks yet"
I’ve been using my Tomo bottle almost every day for a few months now, it’s held up really well. It still looks nice, keeps my water cold, and somehow hasn’t dented even though I’ve dropped it a couple times, because apparently I can’t be trusted with nice things. No leaks so far either, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Shipping was really a bit slow"
The bottle arrived just fine, so no issues there, but the delivery really took longer than what the tracking originally said.

"Solid bottle for the price"
I wasn’t expecting a ton for the price, but this bottle ended up being solid. It feels well made and the cost seems really fair for what you get. I did have a quick question and support basically said, “Yep, it’s built for everyday use,” which matched my experience so far.

I like how small and handy this is. It fits in my bag easily, so I don’t have to worry about it being bulky or getting in the way when I’m out.

"Easy bottle, no complaints"
I’ve been using my Tomo bottle for a few weeks now, and it’s been really simple in a good way. There aren’t a bunch of random parts to mess with, and cleaning it is quick, which I appreciate. Most of the time I just rinse it out and it’s good to go. Nothing over the top, just a solid bottle that’s been easy to use so far.

I filled it up in the morning and it was still icy hours later. i was surprised this thing worked that well.

"Nice looking bottle, but mine leaked"
I really wanted to love this bottle because it does look nice, and maybe I’m partly to blame because I’m always tossing things in my bag in a rush. But mine leaked twice, even when I was sure I had the cap tightened properly. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price I expected it to be more reliable. It’s cute, but I wouldn’t trust it for everyday use

"Quick take: return went smoothly"
I totally judged the situation right away when I realized I’d ordered the wrong color and had to return the bottle. I expected it to be a hassle, but customer service got back to me the next day and laid out the return steps clearly. The refund was a bit slower than I would’ve liked, which was annoying, but it did come through. Not a flawless experience, but they were polite and helped me get it sorted.
